The Current Content
Before we talk about the new content coming in the future, let’s give a quick recap of what’s going on right now.
Mini-Pack

Mini-Pack, as a super short refresher, is a show wherein I open those “mini packs” of trading cards that you can find at most Dollar Tree/bottom dollar stores.
My goal is try to keeps these videos as short as possible, but there are some coming up that are around 1-minute-8-seconds which feels infinitely longer than the standard 50 seconds. Overall, I’m really happy with this show, and it’s something that I would like to stick to for a long, long time.
Gaming and Creating
While not specifically content for the website, you can still sign up for it through a dedicated page, and that’s why I’m including it here.
Gaming and Creating is my biggest passion project right now. Each month, I release a new issue that usually covers only one topic, but I sometimes cover multiple. I have released 9 total issues with no end in sight.
I do have plans to seperate each group of issues into “Volumes” wherein each Volume holds all of the issues released from December to Novemeber. In the case of Volume 1, this counts for the 12 issues released every single month. This will be slightly altered with Volumes 2 and onward as the format will change from the current template to one more akin to a magazine. With this change, I’ll be able to better fit more topics in a way that doesn’t feel like I’m stretching the template to its limits. The release will also be altered to a bi-monthly release cycle. Instead of release every month, each issue will cover two months worth of news and then be released on the first week of the following month.
For example: Volume 2 | Issue #01 | December 2019 & January 2020 – Release: Febuary 2020
I really enjoy writing this newsletter-soon-to-be-magazines, and I hope that I don’t have to stop working on it at all.
News & Updates
News & Updates is, well, what you’re looking at right now. It’s effectively the defacto blog portion of the website, but I want to do something more with it.
I love the idea of writing and talking about things happening in the industries that I’m invested in, and you can see that with Gaming and Creating and my old monthly news show, Andrew Dornan’s “What’s New?”
That’s the goal for News & Updates: to be divded into two main categories of its namesake: News and Updates. News will be the section wherein you can find all the articles I’ll write about things happening in the industry, and Updates will be where you can find blog posts regarding the YouTube channel and this website.
I’m not sure when this change will happen, but it will most certainly be soon.
Future Content Plans
Gameplay Movies
This might need some explanation.
When I was a kid, I didn’t have that much money for video games, if at all, so I would always go to GameSpot and watch their “Gameplay Movies” of various games that I really wanted to play, but just couldn’t. The games I would always watch were Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, Star Wars Battlefront II (2005), Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron, and Elite Squadron.

I guess, to some extent, Let’s Plays are a new form of these Gameplay Movies, but I feel like they’re still different. They both showcase gameplay of a game, but Let’s Plays are more focused on showing the entire game in an episodic format with commentary. Gameplay Movies tend to show only snippits of gameplay, whether its whole matches in a shooter or bits of level in a mission-based game, without commentary.
So, what’s my point in all this?
Well, I wanted to put some of these Gameplay Movies up on the website so that not only there’s some additional content, but there’s also a good amount of videos showcasing games without my commentary for people to watch for when they’re checking out a certain game.
Saturday Morning Splatoon
Saturday Morning Splatoon is just a fun idea I got one day that I would like to do.

My idea for Saturday Morning Splatoon is to show two or three matches in the original Splatoon, for now, and show off both maps that are in rotation at the time of recording. Additionally, I’m thinking of having some supplemental graphics that show off the equipment that I’m using for that episode.
There is still some deal of prep work to for this series, and I would love to put this up on the website sometime in the future.
There’s honestly not a whole lot of reasoning behind doing this series other than that I really want to.
The (Lackof) Timeline for Future Content
As of now, I don’t have a set timeline, especially since I need to check how large the file sizes might be for Saturday Morning Splatoon. Additionally, if I can afford it, I would like to up the plan that I have for this website so that I can host more videos.
In fact, if you’d like to help me keep videos up on my website, you can find ways to support me over on the Support the Content page.
